Postage Information


Postage & Shipping

All our orders will be freighted with Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you once its ready for dispatch and sent and you will be able to track where your items are at any time.
Please note that once you received your tracking number upon dispatch, you will need to wait up to 72 hours for it to reflect to the Australia Post System. If at anytime you are concerned about your order please email us at salesfourlittleloves@outlook.com
 
Orders sent will only be delivered to Australian addresses that are an actual street addresses and /or PO Box numbers. If you would like to send your order internationally or have a special request pease contact us via email at salesfourlittleloves@outlook.com and we can give you a quote.

Some of our products are fragile and therefore Four Little Loves will package your order with protective packaging. Four Little Loves will take no responsibility if your package is left in the heat and /or sunlight or damaged while being delivered by Australia Post.
Four Little Loves suggests that you use our Express postage option or signature for our Goodie/Sweet boxes and fragile items to ensure mininium exposure to the elements during transit and that your packages will not be left in the heat especially during the hot weather.
Please be very mindful when ordering chocolate and confectionary in the warmer months as the products may melt. Order at your own risk, as we cannot refund.

In some cases, it may occur that an item listed as available is in fact not in stock. We apologise if this occurs and if we can not get the product back in stock within a 2 week timeframe, we will give you the option of a refund for this item or waiting for stock to come in. This is so we can send out the rest of your goods as soon as possible.

Four Little Loves takes no responsibility for your order after it has been dispatched and Australia Post has delivered. If for some reason you dont receive your package we will personally follow it up with Australia Post.

When you place an order with Four Little Loves it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address and delivery was not received, additional delivery charges will be charged to you.

Four Little Loves will send a copy of your Order/Invoice to you automatically after you have placed an order. A copy will also be included in your package. Please check that the address is correct. In the event that a mistake has been made, please contact us by email at salesfourlittleloves@outlook.com and we will endeavor to change the address for you.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be dispatched from Four Little Loves. The date of your order counts as the day 1 and does not include weekends and public holidays.
If you choose Express shipping this only means your order will be sent express, not the process of the order is express. If you need something urgently please email us at salesfourlittleloves@outlook.com and we can advise you if Four Little Loves can accomadate the request.
In some cases an order may take an extra day or 2 to arrive which is out of our control. We are not responsible for orders taking longer than what it should. If you order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we can open a case or enquiry with Australia Post.
Although we state 14 business days for delivery, we do aim to dispatch all orders out within 1-2 business days of the order being placed, provided there are no hold ups due to out of stock items or address issues.

Four Little Loves we will not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been made. This includes any of our custom handmade products if dismantled or amended in any way, shape or form.

If by chance a parcel is lost in transit we cannot give a refund or replacement of product until a full investigation is done with Australia Post, which can take up to 6 weeks from the time you notified us that your goods have not been received.

If you the recipient cannot be reached for whatever reason after 3 attempts of delivery (which may include additional delivery fees), the order will be null and void, we will no longer attempt to deliver your product and there will be no refund for any portion of the order.


Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

Please note that if we offer a refund, you will be charged a 10% fee for cancellation.

Refunds for faulty items are only accepted within 30 days of purchase if the faulty item is returned at the purchasers cost.
